Remediation Enabling Works in Rochdale

Redstart was retained by Seddon to complete remediation enabling works ahead of construction of residential housing

The site required removal of a deep sequence of peat and substantial relict footings associated with former mill. Redstart also dealt with contamination hotspots, asbestos, underground fuel tanks, knotweed and archaeological remains. The site was prepared in readiness of a VSC foundation solution and completed in phases to allow the developer to make progress.
