Residential Remediation Earthworks in Blackburn

Redstart was retained by Countryside Properties to undertake remediation earthworks on a 200 house development in Blackburn

Remaining structures had asbestos removed and were demolished by Redstart. Remediation & Enabling tasks included earthworks to re-shape the site, engineering of upfilled soils to facilitate VSC piles, removal of knotweed, excavation of expansive clay heave soils, management of contaminated soils and generation of clean cover soils. Temporary works included excavation for retaining walls and installation of piling platforms. All relict footings encountered were processed for sustainable re-use onsite.
