Outdoor First Aid course

Outdoor First aid is a 2-day training course that is designed to provide first aiders with the knowledge and skills they need to respond effectively to emergency situations in the outdoors.

This course is designed specifically for those working outside or in remote areas..We focus on the importance of keeping people warm, creating a safe space to wait for Emergency Services and learning how to transport an injured person to safety. This is all accompanied with important life saving skills: CPR, Defibrillators, dealing with a choking casualty, bandages, burns, major and minor illnessess.

This course takes us back to absolute basics, and how sometimes you won’t have your first aid kit with you, so how do we deal with an emergency?

We also talk about summoning assistance with no phone.. How very 1995!
