The advice and service I received was 1st class and the installation was completely hassle-free.  The old door removed and the new one installed was very efficiently done. From the moment we walked through the door at Artic, we knew we were dealing with the right company to supply our new front door and replacement conservatory roof. Rachel greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Joe arrived at 12.30pm as promised, the same day, to assess the work. A quote was sent very soon afterwards. The front door was ordered and fitted within a matter of weeks. The conservatory roof replacement followed shortly afterwards. Chris and Jord did a first class job on both and the attention to detail and workmanship was second to none, always clearing up at the end of each day ready to start afresh. From day one, on the conservatory roof, Joe was there early, taking the old roof apart! We didn't expect the boss man to be so hands on but he was there throughout to get stuck in and to oversee the whole project. A while ago, after extensive shopping around, I used Arctic Windows to replace all the windows and doors in my 1910 country cottage. Their price was the most competitive, and the installation top notch. More recently, they installed another inner door between my dining room and conservatory. Last week I had a problem with the lock on our outer door. Technically it was out of warranty, never the less Artic came out and put it right.
