Site clearance operations; Excavation, removal and processing of below ground constraints to construction to natural ground levels; Delineation, excavation and removal of identified and previously unidentified contamination hotspots; Management of environmental issues and nuisance control; Geotechnical re-engineering of suitable site won material to form the remediation levels; Processing of suitable material to achieve the required remediation levels; Preparation of the site for subsequent vibro-piled foundation solutions; Geotechnical testing to confirm compaction specification achieved; Validation sampling and interpretation to confirm material retained on-site posed no unacceptable risk to the residential end users, controlled waters or wider environ; Final trimming and shaping to agreed remediation levels; and Production of remediation validation report to the satisfaction of the regulators.
